Aaron Mason

Aaron Mason has extensive experience in the field of news production and management. Aaron began their career as an Executive Producer at WETM-TV in 2002 before moving to WIVB/WNLO-TV in 2003. At WIVB/WNLO-TV, they served as a News Producer and later as an Executive Producer, where they oversaw a large team of producers and was responsible for planning and executing news coverage for various projects and community events. In 2014, Aaron joined WKBW-TV as an Assistant News Director and later became the News Director. In this role, they lead a team of journalists, oversees day-to-day news operations, and develops strategies to engage the station's audience across multiple platforms.

Aaron Mason attended Lockport High School from 1994-1998. Aaron did not receive a degree or major in any specific field during their time at high school. Following their high school education, Aaron went on to attend Ithaca College from 1998-2002. At Ithaca College, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism.
