Carlos Ortiz

Carlos Ortiz is the current President of WKS Frosty Corporation and has been with the company since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Franchise Business Director at El Pollo Loco from 2012 to 2017, where they were responsible for supporting franchisees in opening new locations and transferring ownership. Carlos has also served as the Director of Operations at Mi Pollo from 1997 to 1999.
