Andy Follett is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Regional Plant Manager at W. L. Gore & Associates since July 2016, Andy has successfully led a high-growth medical device product line, significantly improving value stream performance and overseeing substantial staffing growth. Previous roles include founder of both Follett Boarding Co. and Patriotic Reflections, where Andy identified niche markets and developed products tailored to specific needs. With a solid foundation in operations gained at L-3 and marketing expertise from Wasatch Solar, Andy possesses a diverse skill set bolstered by a Master's in Business Administration from Westminster University and a Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship from the University of Utah.
