Jake Rogers

Jake Rogers is a Regional Product Specialist and Quality Engineer for W. L. Gore & Associates since March 2020, with a focus on FDA and international regulatory approval for Class III medical devices. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, understanding clinical uses and customer needs, and facilitating interactions between physicians and device engineering. Previously, Jake held positions as a Process Engineer and Engineering Intern, where experience included leading capital projects, designing manufacturing equipment, and gaining insights into lean manufacturing practices. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with various internships in biomedical and mechanical engineering sectors. Additionally, Jake co-founded a mobile car detailing service and served as Program Director and Head Coach for the Mercer Island Lacrosse Club.
