Jessica Clough is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in demand and supply planning, particularly in the medical products and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Planning Leader for the Medical Products Division at W. L. Gore & Associates, Jessica has a proven track record of translating demand requirements into effective supply and inventory plans. Previous roles include Global Demand Planner for Technical Oriented Fabrics, where Jessica led a $150M global demand planning initiative, and significant achievements at Sitka Gear®, driving revenue growth from $15M to $120M.
