Kirk Howell

Kirk Howell is an accomplished legal and operations executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate law. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Corporate Governance and Administration at W. L. Gore & Associates, Howell manages governance and compliance across multiple subsidiaries worldwide. Previously held roles include COO and General Counsel at Urban Communities, LLC, and Thomas Pride International, overseeing legal matters and operations for real estate and private equity firms. Additional experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Warshawsky Seltzer, PLLC, and teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Howell holds a J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Arizona.
