Mike Norfleet

Mike Norfleet is an experienced leader in product management and strategy development, currently serving as the Global Director of Product Management at W.L. Gore & Associates since March 2008. With a focus on mobile electronics, Mike leads a team of over 100 associates in delivering innovative material science solutions. Prior to W.L. Gore & Associates, Mike held various roles at Arlon, including Marketing & Sales Manager and Senior Sales Engineer, where significant sales growth was achieved. Earlier in the career, Mike worked at Procter & Gamble as a Product Development Engineer, integrating consumer insights into product commercialization strategies. Mike holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
