Nickole McCoy

Nickole (Niki) McCoy has extensive experience in change management and human resources, currently serving as a Change Manager in the Enterprise Transformation Office at W. L. Gore & Associates since January 2015. In this role, Nickole oversees change management strategies across various projects, employing best practices to engage stakeholders and facilitate training. Previous roles include Human Resources Regional Business Partner, where Nickole collaborated with global leaders to enhance HR processes, and Director of Client Services at Career Concepts, Inc., leading HR consulting initiatives. Nickole also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Goldey-Beacom College and Director of Human Resources at LNH, Inc. Nickole holds a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in HR Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware. Additionally, Nickole has been an active member of DESHRM since 2006 and served on the committee for the Delaware Economic Summit from 2014 to 2016.
