Tom Caine is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Strategic Marketing for the Vascular Category at W. L. Gore & Associates since October 2019, Tom previously held various senior marketing positions at Medtronic from 2004 to September 2019. These roles included Director of Marketing for the US Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) business, where Tom led commercial strategies and team leadership. Achievements at Medtronic include the successful launch of innovative heart valve products, strategic pricing initiatives, and the creation of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Tom’s early career included a pivotal role with the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee, managing a results systems team. Tom holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Utah.
