Anthony Adamiak

Anthony Adamiak is an experienced food technologist specializing in research and development, currently working at West Liberty Foods since June 2015. In this role, Anthony develops and prepares new protein formulation samples to support the Sales team and collaborates with various departments, including Quality Assurance, Operations, and Finance, to transition products from pilot plant stages to commercialization. Prior to this, Anthony served as a Research and Development Technician at Quantum Foods from September 2009 to May 2014, where responsibilities included creating customer samples and overseeing production test runs while also operating machinery for cutting and cooking different meats.
