Janine Borel

Janine Borel has extensive experience in sales and management roles within the convenience channel industry. Janine is currently the Director of Sales for the Convenience Channel at West Liberty Foods, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Regional Sales Manager for the Central U.S. at Johnsonville from 2016 to 2023. From 2008 to 2022, they worked as a Consultant in Casualty Claims at Insurance Adjustors, Inc. Janine also held various positions at Mueller Yurgae Associates, Eby-Brown Company, and Team Schierl Companies, where they gained valuable experience in accounts management, category management, and retail operations advisory. Their work at Team Schierl Companies involved overseeing store operations, marketing strategies, inventory control, team training, and implementing technology solutions.

Janine Borel has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Upper Iowa University. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Accounting & Computer Science from Madison Business College.
