Amy Greenstein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and title insurance. Currently serving as Underwriting Counsel at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company since August 2021, Amy has a robust background with Fidelity National Financial, holding positions including In-House Litigation Counsel and Vice President for multiple title insurance companies from November 2011 to August 2021, and Senior Claims Counsel and Vice President at Fidelity National Law Group from November 2009 to April 2011. Prior experience includes managing national litigation at Lathrop & Gage L.C. and serving as national counsel for Equifax on FCRA litigation at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Amy's legal career began with civil litigation at firms such as Magill & Atkinson and Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, focusing on product liability and civil defense. Amy holds a Doctor of Law with honors from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Florida.
