Kelly Long-Spengler

Kelly Long-Spengler is a seasoned legal and title insurance professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Regional Underwriting Counsel at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company since March 2016, Kelly provides underwriting support for real estate title insurance within Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Indiana. Prior roles include Vice President and Commercial Title Insurance Manager at Huntington National Bank, where oversight of a $2.1 million budget was maintained, and Attorney at Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC, managing a large foreclosure caseload and supervising title-related matters. Additional experience encompasses roles at Title First Agency and RadianExpress, focusing on title operations, budget management, and process improvement. Kelly earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wright State University.
