Laura Naranjo Moreno

Laura Naranjo Moreno is a lawyer at EY since July 2021, specializing in employment law by advising Spanish and foreign companies on contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and Social Security litigation. In June 2023, Laura became a member of WLW | Women in a Legal World, a non-profit organization aimed at empowering women professionals in the legal sector. Additionally, Laura is involved with the Women Executive Club at IESE Business School since July 2023. Laura's legal career began as a legal intern at DWF-RCD from September 2020 to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in International Business and a Master’s in Access to the Bar from ISDE, along with a Bachelor of Laws from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. Further studies encompass business negotiation at Columbia Law School and participation in programs at IESE Business School and Università LUMSA during an Erasmus exchange.
