Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, nutrition, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also worked as a Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
