Jakay Qian has been working in the automotive industry since 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Qoros Auto as a Network System Engineer, where they were responsible for hardware construction of production & pre-production environment, system maintenance, and Qoros telematics brand backend services. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Qoros Auto as an Operation Manager, managing the Telematics Service Desk to ensure SLA's and KPI's are met or exceeded, as well as managing the Telematics Service Provider to ensure that SLA's are met or exceeded. Since 2018, they have been working at WM Motor as an Operations Manager, where they established the telematics operating team and process of WM Motor. jakay also worked as a Product Manager, defining vehicle life cycle product such as account binding & activation, account unbinding, account exchange, and vehicle scraping.

Jakay Qian obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Information Engineering from Shanghai University between 2000 and 2005.
