Jianan (Canaan) ZHENG has held various roles in the Human Resources and Recruitment fields since 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Recruitment Manager for WM Motor. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for PIPUP in 2020, where they were responsible for hiring for various roles, including Sr. Product Director, Branding Marketing, Sr. Full Stack Engineer, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and PI/PA. In 2018, they worked as a Consultant for Atkins & Associates International, helping unicorn companies in the TMT & Healthcare industries, funded by Sequoia Capital, Morningside Venture Capital, and Hillhouse Capital, to find senior management roles. Jianan (Canaan) also helped traditional companies complete digital transformation. In 2017, they worked as an Associates Consultant for Seeker HR Consulting Co., Ltd, focusing on IT & Internet Technical R & D positions and helping early Internet Medical Enterprises build a talented echelon of technology roles. In 2016, they worked as a Management Trainee for Aurora Group, where they were the fastest promoted person in the same period and was responsible for recovering cancelled customers and providing pre-sales solutions and after-sales service strategies.
