Hooman Javaheri

Hooman Javaheri is an accomplished engineer specializing in chemical engineering with extensive experience in process safety and supervision. Currently serving as a Process Safety Engineer and Production Supervisor at Waste Management NZ Ltd since April 2018, Hooman has previously held positions as a Postgraduate Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Auckland from February 2017 to October 2018. Hooman's professional background also includes a role as a Senior Process Engineer at Bakhtar Petrochemical Company from 2011 to 2016. Educationally, Hooman earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from The University of Auckland (2017-2018), a Master of Science from Shahid Beheshti University (2009-2011), and a Bachelor's degree from Sahand University of Technology (2005-2009).
