Karen Boyes has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Waste Management NZ Ltd since May 2013, where responsibilities include mentoring sales teams and developing key sales initiatives to drive business growth. Prior to this role, Karen held positions at OCS Limited, initially as Regional Business Development Manager from September 2007 to December 2012, leading sales efforts and managing tender responses for new clients, and briefly as Acting Contract Manager in early 2013. Karen received education at Feilding Agricultural High School.
