Maryanne Yousaf

Maryanne Yousaf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, tender administration, and people management. Currently serving as a People & Culture Support Specialist and holding various roles within WM New Zealand since July 2014, Maryanne has contributed significantly to ethical procurement practices as a member of the NZ Sustainable Procurement Leaders Group and by composing the NZ Supplier Code of Conduct. Prior to WM New Zealand, Maryanne worked at Transpacific Industries Group, Civil Contractors (Aust) P/L, and several other firms, rapidly advancing through roles that included Tenders Administrator, Contracts Administrator, and Administration Manager. Maryanne's background also includes experience in banking and junior office roles, supported by education from Auckland University of Technology and Kaipara College.
