Paul Tedford

Paul Tedford has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul began their career as an Assistant LAN/Telecommunication Manager at Vyn-All Products Inc in 1996, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining a LAN network. Paul then moved on to Lilly Software Associates (now Infor Global Solutions) in 2000, where they held roles as a Technical Support Specialist and Application Engineer/Professional Services, providing technical support for ERP/MRP software.

In 2003, Paul joined Niagara Cutter as a Senior Business Analyst, and in 2004, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Sophos Inc. In 2005, they established their own consulting firm called Tedford PC Consulting, LLC, where they served as the Owner until 2011.

From 2005 to 2015, Paul worked at WM Synergy in various roles including Product Solutions Manager, Pre Sales Manager, and Senior Account Rep. Paul was responsible for leading a team that provided consultative and product expertise to manufacturing companies.

In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Business Solutions Director at WM Synergy, where they led a team of ERP and Business Performance Improvement specialists. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Executive Director Sales & Marketing, and in 2019, they became the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Finally, in 2020, Paul assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at WM Synergy, leading a team dedicated to making a positive impact for their customers.

Paul Tedford earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, which they attended from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Sanborn High from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paul also obtained certifications in Comptia A+ and Comptia Network+ in 1998 from Comptia.
