Rick Faustino

Rick Faustino is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in professional services and application support, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Synergy Resources since October 2015. Previously, Rick held key leadership roles, including Director of Professional Services at both Openwave Messaging, Inc. and Infor Global Solutions, as well as Consultancy Manager at Exact. With a strong foundation in customer support from their earlier position at ProfitKey International, Rick developed significant expertise in application maintenance and supply chain management systems during their tenure at Lilly Software Associates. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
