Erika Thomas serves as the Managing Director (US) and Global Publicity, Social, Marketing at WMA since June 2019, leading the development of award-winning campaigns in a full-service digital agency specializing in music and entertainment. Additionally, Erika is the Founder and CEO of Watermelon Agency, providing strategic PR and marketing for music and entertainment clients since November 2013, alongside a mentorship role in the sector. Previous positions include Communications Director at Cornerstone, where Erika directed global campaigns for high-profile brands, and National Press Director at Big Machine Media, managing press campaigns for various artists. Erika has also contributed as a Guest Lecturer at The British & Irish Modern Music Institute and held earlier roles at EMI Records and MBC PR. Erika holds a BA in Fashion Promotion from the London College of Fashion.
