Elaine Kozloski

Elaine Kozloski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Training and Organizational Development at Westminster since August 2018. Previously, Elaine held various positions at Fairfield Residential, including Director of Training and Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed training staff across multiple roles, including Leasing Consultants and Managers. Elaine also worked at Riverstone Residential Group as Regional Training and Marketing Manager and previously served as a Regional Trainer at Fairfield Residential. Additionally, Elaine has experience in marketing and property management, having worked as an Outreach Marketing Representative and Assistant Property Manager.
