Matt Woods

Matt Woods, CLP, currently serves as the Senior Regional Manager at Westminster, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Matt Woods was the Regional Manager at Capstone Communities from May 2011 to March 2024, overseeing multiple sites in Operations, Leasing & Marketing, as well as Lease Up Properties. Matt Woods has extensive experience in property management, having held various positions including Property Manager at Valentine Commons and The Cottages of Hattiesburg, as well as Assistant and Leasing Manager roles. Matt Woods began their career at Heritage Properties, Inc., working as an Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager. Academically, Matt Woods holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre, earned from Tulane University and William Carey University.
