Kate Chappell

Kate Chappell is a Weekend Morning Anchor and Reporter at NBC Chicago since December 2018, previously working as Anchor and Reporter at WDJT CBS 58 from August 2015 to November 2018. Kate started their career as a Reporter at WNDU-TV in July 2012, where Kate was later promoted to early morning Anchor. Kate also has experience as a Reporter at WSUM Student Radio, a Fall Intern at WMTV NBC 15, a Summer Intern at WITI - TV 6, and a Summer Promotional Assistant at ESPN Radio. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
