Alan Small

Alan Small is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at Western Management Consultants since October 2016, Alan has held multiple partner roles at notable firms including StoneWood Group, Corso, Mould and Associates, Waterstone Human Capital, and Odgers Berndtson. Previous significant positions include Managing Partner at DHR Global and Executive Vice President at Credit Union Central of Ontario. Alan began a career in corporate banking at TD, progressing to a Corporate Banking Officer. Educational credentials include an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, specialized training in Strategic Human Resources Management from Harvard Business School, and a CMA designation from CPA Canada, complemented by an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School.
