Carly Shapiro has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the music and entertainment industry. Carly began their career as a Counselor at Rollins College Summer Camp from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Hostess at Universal Orlando Resort, where they provided customer service and managed customer complaints.

In 2015, Shapiro had multiple internships, including a Marketing Intern role at Family Artists, where they promoted and managed artists on various online platforms and contributed to digital marketing campaigns. Carly also volunteered at FORM Arcosanti, managing artist relations and providing information to festival-goers.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at MUSIC Matters as a Senior Producer, Talent & Concert Committee. In this role, they conducted research on prospective artists, booked artists for events, managed budgets, and organized logistics for events.

In 2016, Shapiro interned at William Morris Endeavor, where they shadowed agents and assistants and participated in deal execution processes. Carly researched and pitched musical and digital acts to the Personal Appearance Department.

Since 2017, they have been working at WME (William Morris Endeavor). Carly initially started as an Agent Assistant, supporting agents in their daily tasks. Later, they became the Music Central Supervisor and managed music operations.

Carly Shapiro attended Winter Park High School from 2009 to 2013. Carly did not receive a degree, and their field of study is unknown during this time. Later, Carly enrolled at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications Studies from 2013 to 2017.
