Kiana Okhovat's work experience includes various roles spanning different industries and organizations. In 2014, they worked as a Receptionist at Roseville Top Smiles, where they provided customer service to patients and underwent training to operate in a million-dollar business. In 2015, they interned at the California State Senate as a Public Service Intern. From 2016 to 2016, they served as a Special Project Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, organizing committees and events for the congressman. In 2017, they worked as a Constituent Services Representative at the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2020, they participated in the M&A Boot Camp at Hogan Lovells, completing a training series on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Student Associate at the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic. Currently, they are employed at WME (William Morris Endeavor) as a Business Affairs professional, starting in 2021.

Kiana Okhovat began their education at Granite Bay High School, where they obtained their High School diploma from 2010 to 2014. Kiana then attended the University of California, Davis from 2014 to 2016, earning their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a focus on Public Service. In 2016, Kiana studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Continuing their education, Kiana attended Santa Clara University School of Law from 2018 to 2021 and completed their Doctor of Law (JD) degree with honors, specializing in High Tech Law. In addition to their formal education, Kiana has also acquired several certifications. This includes a Basic/Refresher Course in Human Subjects Research from CITI Program, a Hogan Lovells M&A Boot Camp Certificate of Completion from Hogan Lovells, a How to Build Chatbots certification from Cognitive Class, a Passport to Practice Certificate from Passport to Practice, a Human Trafficking Awareness for the General Public certification from Stanford University, a Human Rights: The Rights of Refugees certification from Amnesty International, and a National Society of Leadership and Success Certificate from The National Society of Leadership and Success.
