Tiancé Calhoun

Chen Tian has extensive experience in technology and engineering, currently serving as the VP of Technology and Engineering at Inceptio since November 2019. In this role, Chen Tian oversees product development for autonomous trucks, including software and hardware systems, as well as cloud infrastructure for machine learning and big data. Prior to Inceptio, Chen Tian held the position of VP Technical at FutureWei Technologies, leading numerous software R&D projects focused on AI frameworks and distributed systems that enhanced development productivity and product performance. Earlier career roles included Director/Software Architect and Principal Engineer, with a concentration on parallel computing and software solutions across various domains. Chen Tian's foundational experience includes positions at Samsung R&D Center, where research focused on multicore processor technology. Education includes a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master's degree from the University of Arizona.
