Zarin Khan Jaffe has a rich and diverse work experience. Starting in 2004, they began their career as a Deputy District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney's Office, where they conducted numerous trials and achieved a high conviction rate. In 2008, Zarin transitioned to the legal field, working as an Attorney at the Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Entertainment Law Firm. After a year, they shifted gears and joined Skydance as a Business Affairs professional, focusing on deal negotiation and management. In 2016, Zarin joined Netflix, first as a Manager of Original Series, later becoming a Director. During their time at Netflix, they successfully contributed to the creation and production of original content. Currently, Zarin holds the position of SVP & Head of Business Affairs, Scripted TV, at WME (William Morris Endeavor), where they oversee the business aspect of scripted TV projects.
Zarin Khan Jaffe completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a degree in law and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, studying there from 2000 to 2003.
