Dave Pople

Dave Pople currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Endeavor, overseeing HR activities across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea since June 2021. Prior to this role, Dave held several HR leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Human Resources at Campari Group, where responsibilities included managing Total Reward and HR operations across the APAC region. Dave also served as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Australia & New Zealand at Campari, providing HR business partnering support across various departments. Previous experience includes roles at Gastronomy Australia Pty Ltd, Compass Group, and Dan Murphy's, among others, where expertise in HR management and operations was developed. Dave holds multiple diplomas in Business and Human Resources Management from William Angliss Institute and a diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute.
