Manuel Heiden is a strategic manager with over 24 years of project and 22 years of leadership experience, specializing in global real estate, facility, and energy management. They have a proven track record of managing complex projects and building sustainable corporate structures throughout the entire lifecycle of properties and facilities. Previously, Heiden held significant roles at companies such as Schneider Electric, Royal BAM Group, and WMF, where they were responsible for substantial budgets and led large teams. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on project development and management at Biberach University of Applied Sciences.
