Brian Weinbaum

Brian Weinbaum, DBIA, currently serves as Project Controls Manager at WMG, where responsibilities include leading the Project Controls group in planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and risk management for various projects. Additionally, Brian provides consulting services to the Port of Seattle for major capital projects at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Previously, Brian worked at Austin Commercial as a Project Manager and Schedule Manager for the LAX Terminal Cores and APM Interface Project, and managed projects at Westfield Corporation, overseeing all aspects of shopping center development. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Project Manager at Walsh Construction for the LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal Expansion and as a Project Engineer on significant projects such as the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center. Brian holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
