Tommy Courtemanche

Tommy Courtemanche has a strong background in software development and has held lead developer roles in various companies. Tommy started their career in 1997 as a Programmer/Analyst at Competitive Solutions Inc., specializing in healthcare systems development. During this time, they designed and developed an internal application that significantly reduced enrollment update reporting time.

In 2000, Tommy joined EYT, Ernst & Young Technologies as a Team Lead. Tommy led a small team working on-site at Lawson headquarters, where they assisted in the development of GoFinancials, a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning suite. Tommy also developed JavaScript APIs that reduced development time and created an online help system that decreased support calls.

In 2001, they joined The Magazine Group as a Senior Programmer, where they led the development of a personalized Human Resources portal for Watson Wyatt, a financial services and HR management leader. Tommy also worked closely with clients' IT and marketing personnel to design and develop their corporate website.

From 2002 to 2008, Tommy worked at Connolly Consulting as a Lead Developer. Here, they were responsible for designing and developing various software applications, websites, and utilities used by Fortune 100 companies. Tommy also created Retriever™, a suite of distributed, multi-threaded applications and services.

Finally, since 2008, Tommy has been working at WMG, Inc, as a Lead Developer. Tommy has led the design, development, and deployment of internal solutions to streamline business processes. Additionally, they managed the ground-up redesign of several flagship software offerings into a new platform.

Tommy Courtemanche attended Yorktown High School from 1992 to 1996, where they did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Following high school, they enrolled at The College of Westchester from 1996 to 1997. During this period, they earned an Associates Degree in Computer Systems Management.
