Tommy Courtemanche has a strong background in software development and has held lead developer roles in various companies. Tommy started their career in 1997 as a Programmer/Analyst at Competitive Solutions Inc., specializing in healthcare systems development. During this time, they designed and developed an internal application that significantly reduced enrollment update reporting time.

In 2000, Tommy joined EYT, Ernst & Young Technologies as a Team Lead. Tommy led a small team working on-site at Lawson headquarters, where they assisted in the development of GoFinancials, a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning suite.
