Angela Gill joined WN Global in 2006, bringing her expertise in Talent Acquisition & Management to establish the organization’s Human Resources Department. Angela provides guidance and leadership to executives and senior management. She effectively recruits, manages and retains talent, enabling the organization to maintain a competitive edge with a high-performing motivated workforce.

Angela has over 21 years of experience as an HR professional in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in Employee Development & Engagement, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Planning. Her expertise includes Benefits, Compensation, Compensation Design, Compliance, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Health, Safety, Worker’s Compensation, and Strategic Planning. Angela attended the University of Houston, with a major in Psychology. She holds several certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management and HR Houston and is an active member of both organizations.
