Kristin Han

Kristin Han has been working in the compliance field for over 20 years. Kristin started their career as an occupancy specialist and then became an assistant property manager. In 1997, they transitioned into compliance management and has been working in that role ever since. In 2001, they became the director of compliance at Steadfast Companies and then, in 2002, they transitioned to their current role as VP of Compliance at WNC. Han has played a pivotal role in ensuring that WNC is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws. Kristin is highly respected by their colleagues and peers for their deep knowledge and commitment to compliance.

They are on a team with Gregory S. Hand - SVP, Developer Relations, Emmet Hargrave - VP, Fund Management, and Wendy Yan - VP, Underwriting. Kristin Han reports to Wilfred N. Cooper Jr., President & CEO.
