Monica Woods, a CPM Candidate, ARM, CAM, CCRM, has over 30 years of experience in property management. Currently working at Western National Property Management as a Regional Manager, Monica handles a diverse portfolio of communities in California. Prior to this, Monica held various managerial positions in companies such as BRE Properties, Fairfield Residential, Equity Residential, among others, overseeing properties in multiple states. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Studies from Ashford University and has pursued education from various institutions related to property management.
