Mike Odendaal

Mike Odendaal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement, leadership development, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Procurement at YPO since April 2022, Mike has also co-founded WNORTH, an organization dedicated to supporting women in mid-career leadership roles. Previously, Mike co-founded Bluebird Strategy, where a focus on collaborative partnerships and business development for marketing initiatives was emphasized. Other key roles include Manager of Purchasing and Facilities at the Canadian Cancer Society and Analyst & Project Manager for the City of Vancouver, contributing to criminal investigations. Mike's earlier experience includes leading inventory rationalization programs at Moulding and Millwork. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Project Management Certificate, alongside certifications in Agile Project Management.
