Abhishek Saini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at WNS since November 2004. Key achievements include transitioning a UK utility business account from the discovery phase to business-as-usual, significantly increasing business ramp-up by 100% within six months post-launch, and managing a team of over 200 full-time equivalents (FTEs).
