Ashu Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Sr. Group Manager (AVP) in the Leadership Talent Acquisition Group at WNS, Ashu has previously held various leadership roles in human resources at EXL and Encore Capital Group, specializing in leadership and support hiring across multiple sectors including operations, analytics, and technology. Ashu began career at EXL Service as a recruitment executive and progressed to roles such as process trainer.
