Diane De Saint Victor

Diane de Saint Victor was appointed to the WNS Board in April 2023. Diane also serves on WNS' Audit and NCG committees. She brings decades of transformative business experience to WNS, including deep expertise in ESG and digital compliance, international law, talent management and government relations. She has held several senior-level positions in global companies across industries, including those in industrial, consumer goods and financial services. She currently serves as a Non-executive Director on the Boards of Imperial Brands, C&A AG and Transocean. She was also a Non-executive Director on the Board of Barclays. Most recently, she was an Executive Committee Member of ABB, a Switzerland-based technology leader in electrification and automation, where she led the global legal function as General Counsel. Prior to joining ABB, she held executive positions at Airbus Group, SCA Hygiene, Honeywell International, General Electric and GE Healthcare. She has Degrees in Business and International Law from France Law School.
