Harish Kumar possesses extensive experience in quality management and training within the retail, consumer packaged goods, and digital business unit sectors. Currently serving as the Global Quality & Training Head at WNS Global Services since July 2015, Harish has previously held key positions at IBM India Private Limited as a Global Transition Leader and at IBM Global Process Services, where roles included Business Process Reengineering Leader for Global Finance and Accounting/Supply Chain Management, as well as General Manager & Quality Leader for the Finance and Accounting Center of Excellence. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Quality Manager at EDS, an HP Company from 2001 to 2006.
