Noah Rhoades

Noah Rhoades is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the maritime and construction industries. Currently serving as Group Manager of Operations at WNS since November 2025, Noah oversees various operational processes. Previously, as Planning Manager at TraPac from August 2019 to November 2025, responsibilities included optimizing marine vessel operations, creating stowage plans, and driving process improvements through data analytics. Prior to that, Noah was a Project Manager at Whipp Investments and Realty from July 2014 to August 2018, where management of multiple residential construction projects and procurement of materials were key roles. Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University, obtained in May 2018.
