Shashi Prabha Singh is the Sr Director of Digital Transformation at WNS Global Services. Shashi has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on digital transformation, business development, and project management. Shashi has worked with various multinational companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Dell, ANZ, and Capgemini. Shashi is responsible for strategy and planning, business development, and managing PnL at WNS Global Services.

Shashi Prabha Singh has a postgraduate degree in digital business from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Shashi also has a postgraduate diploma in digital technology, data science, and artificial intelligence from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Furthermore, they hold a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
