Venugopal Rao

Venugopal Rao currently serves as a Lead Analyst/Team Lead in Program Management Operations at WNS since July 2022, overseeing day-to-day operations and activities of facilities and programs. Prior to this role, Venugopal worked at Accenture from August 2017 to July 2022 as a Senior Analyst, where responsibilities included driving process improvements, managing daily operations, and facilitating cross-functional project execution. Venugopal also has experience as a Test Automation Engineer, focusing on ensuring comprehensive test coverage and developing automation frameworks using Java Selenium. Venugopal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Vivekananda Institute of Technology, completed in April 2016.
