Dr. Elaine Houston

Dr. Elaine Houston currently serves as the Director of Storytelling at Business for Good starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Houston spent over eight years at WNYT-13 television as an Emmy Award-winning social justice reporter, talent coach, and DEI consultant from January 2016 to May 2024. Dr. Houston holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Executive Leadership/Social Justice from St. John Fisher University, earned between May 2021 and August 2023, and a Master's degree in International Women's Studies from Empire State University, obtained from September 2007 to May 2009. Dr. Houston also holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
