Jens Merkel

Jens Merkel is currently serving as the Co-CEO and Head of Finance and Controlling at wob AG since July 2013. Additionally, Jens holds the position of CEO at wob consult AG since November 2013. Jens also has a role in Management at BBN - The World's B2B Agency since July 2013. Prior to their current roles, Jens worked at BASF from March 2008 to December 2012, where Jens held various positions in strategic, business partnering, and corporate controlling. Jens also served as Vorstandsassistent at wob AG from August 2006 to December 2007. Jens completed their education with a Diplom Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Mannheim and a Vordiplom in Informationswirtschaft from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
