Silke Doepgen

Silke Doepgen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process management and agile coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Process Management & Agile Coach at wob AG since April 2023, Silke previously held roles at Cheil Germany GmbH as a Process Master and Scrum Master from January 2021 to April 2023 and February 2015 to January 2018, respectively. Silke has also worked as a freelancer, a lecturer at Hochschule Düsseldorf, and as a designer at vive Kommunikation. Educational qualifications include a Systemic Coaching degree from INeKO at the University of Cologne and a Diplom Designerin in Communication Design from Fachhochschule Düsseldorf. Additionally, Silke has trained in various design and coaching disciplines, contributing to a strong foundation in both technical and creative fields.
