Naor Sheinkman Zana

Naor Sheinkman Zana has a diverse work experience in the field of motion design and animation. Naor started their career as a Freelance, self-employed artist in 2014, where they managed unique animation, art, and production projects according to client demands. Naor worked closely with clients throughout the creation process, from developing ideas to directing and final production. Naor also collaborated with deputy suppliers.

In 2016, Naor co-created and directed a film called "Two of Every Kind (Zugot-Zugot)", earning recognition as the Best Producer at the 2017 South Film Festival. Naor managed a strict schedule, planning Gantt charts for suppliers and professionals, and created production portfolios and press kits.

From 2017 to 2018, Naor worked as an Executive Art Director and Set Designer at Medinat HaGamadim, Israeli Broadcast Authority. In this role, they managed a team of seven designers, worked under strict filming schedules, and solved immediate problems that arose during production.

Naor also worked as a Project Manager, Team Leader, and Community Relationship Executive at Elifelet from 2018 to 2020. Naor led the food project of the association, organized its inventory, recruited volunteers, and handled donations.

At Maof, Gifted children's school, Naor served as an Animation and Cinema Educator from an unspecified date in 2018 until August 2020. Naor created and designed creative lesson plans, collaborated with colleagues for innovation and visual stimulation, and managed projects that aligned with the school's vision and the ministry of education.

In 2020, Naor joined Webacademix as a Motion Designer Animator. Naor led the design concept and produced animation assets and videos, while also creating and developing creative concepts.

From January 2021 to September 2021, Naor worked as a Senior Motion Designer at YoVideo. Then, they transitioned to working as a Freelance Creative Motion Designer until October 2021.

Currently, Naor is employed as a Video Content Creator and Motion Designer at Wochit, starting in October 2021.

Naor Sheinkman Zana began their education by obtaining a certification in HTML and CSS from HackerU - האקריאו המרכז ללימודי מחשבים והשמת עובדים בהייטק in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects with a focus on 3D and stop-motion at Sapir College from 2011 to 2017. In 2007 to 2008, they earned a Graphic Design Diploma from EPS College, specializing in Photoshop and Illustrator.
